Thank you, Marjorie! Tears are more precious than we give them credit for, that’s why I am letting them fall when and how they may. You get that, I know. Love to you! ~Wendy💜💧✨
Wendy, it’s been such a busy week for me—felt a bit chaotic at times! But I absolutely wanted to make time for one of your writings today, and I’m so glad I did. Thank you for reminding us of the power of gratitude and how much there is to appreciate every day.
Each night, when I tuck Zahara in, we share five things we enjoyed about the day, and I love hearing her reflections. Reading your post, I found myself picturing you and your life, too, through the way you express your gratitude.
Also, I have to try adding essential oils to tea—that’s never crossed my mind! Do you have any favorite oils to pair with specific teas? I’d love to give it a go.
Sending lots of love and wishing you a wonderful day!
Oh, Rose, I am so happy you had a visit with my writing! You made my day! Thank you for the beautiful comment as well! I so love that you reflect with Zahara on the joys of the day. Our little humans are so reflective and often bring awareness to things we long forget to be grateful for. Those are treasured moments, for sure! 💖🤗
Oh, I do love adding oils to my tea. I am constantly drinking cold green tea (it's always hot here and menopause hot flashes just require it). My favorites to add: lemongrass, orange, copaiba, cinnamon, ginger, bergamot, lavender, peppermint, rosemary.....off the top of my head (oh, and not all at once!). If I have a hot tea it is usually Chamomile with lavender or bergamot. Oolong is wonderful with orange oil. Earl Grey with extra drop of bergamot. Orange and Ginger are great together. For all of these--one drop in about 20 ounces or a pot of tea. Some people like to do more, but for me I just like the hint of flavor, so one drop. (I do make sure to use food grade oils. A bit more expensive, but since I'm taking them internally, I want to be sure the oils are 100% pure.) Do give it a try! I think you may be pleasantly surprised! Thank you for the love and sending MUCH LOVE back to you. Blessings today and always, ~Wendy💜
Let me know which combination is your favorite and, if you discover a good mix that I haven’t shared, DO TELL! I am always good for variety in my tea drinking! Have a blessed week as well! MUCH LOVE! ~Wendy💜
Love your top 30 list, beautiful reminders. I learned the power of my tears & never hold them back. Much love to you always ✨💜✨
