Hey, Sam!

This sounds like a dream trip! Do you have time to read a lengthy list of AMAZING places to visit?! Haha! There are so many places to experience, it would be impossible to see them all in one trip. Will you be traveling I-90, I-80, or having time to meander back roads?

Aside from the national and state parks, there are a lot of fun towns to visit. The obvious parks to see are Yellowstone (Montana and Wyoming) and Glacier(Montana), less traveled to are Bannack State Park (ghost town), Big Hole National Battlefield. Then, great areas full of sights are the Flathead Lake area, the Bitterroot and Mission valleys.....and between Wyoming and Utah is Flaming Gorge. It really depends on route, time, and intention.

I have written about a few places dear to my heart, they are in my archives. I am an open book for questions, should you know specific areas you'll be in. Glad to share!

Blessings,

~Wendy💜

thank you, Wendy. i will add those to my research. i plan to meander and wander where my eyes lead me on the trip, with the goal of writing poetry and taking photos.

Ah, your trip will be one of magical wonder, then! The very best way to see places is to absorb them!

There is so much to experience in Montana, and I may be a tad partial, but it truly is The Last Best Place! The natural places are by far the best, but the towns are pretty interesting, too. (Those not inundated by tourists and transplants of Yellowstone fans, anyway.)

I love this website by Carroll Van West, https://montanahistoriclandscape.com/

He focuses more on towns and old or historic buildings, but where every structure is, there are nature sights surrounding that will awe.

In Wyoming we’ve enjoyed the areas around Casper, Buffalo, Laramie, and seeing the wild horses in Rock Springs was a treat!

Happy trip planning! Looking forward to the inspired poems that are born!

Many blessings and MUCH LOVE,

~Wendy💜

Wendy, first…can’t believe it’s been a year already! So proud of you and CONGRATULATIONS my friend!!

Second, would that I could hug that little girl. Thank you for giving her a voice. I know that wasn’t an easy post, but I pray that someone else reads it and begins their healing journey as a result. Love you to pieces!

I feel your hug! Always have, and we have come through some...STUFF! Our voices are SO important, not just to heal, but to give other's the encouragement and support to find their own and SPEAK! I pray the message ~ripples~ to anyone and everyone who needs it. 🙏🏼💞

Congratulations on your upcoming 1st Anniversary on the 8th 💜

🎉👏👏👏

It is not easy to share what happened to you as a girl - too many times this gets repeated.

I didn’t learn that it happened to my mom until maybe 5 years before she crossed over.

Your haiku is beautiful as a girl & now

“In the sun, ray's hope.

Healing through the light does come.

Innocence, yes, revived, yes.”

Much love - light - and power to you Wendy ✨💜✨

Oh, Marjorie,

Thank you so much for your support and encouragement! This was very difficult to put together; it all comes back and that is never easy. As a key aspect in the foundation of my writing, I felt it couldn't NOT be shared.

The message to undo secret keeping, bring awareness to the harm it causes, is always one to shine a light on. Too many, like your mom, carry the pain in quiet and sadly, silence never heals. May we find our voices and speak!

Thank you for the anniversary kudos! I just can't believe it has been ONE YEAR! CRAZY!🎉😲😁🙌✨🤩💜✨🙌

As someone who knows haiku, I am SO honored by your response. Thank you! 🤗✨💞💫

Biggest (((HUGS))) to you! 🤗💜✨

Many blessings and MUCH LOVE,

~Wendy💜
