Near-death & Out-of-Body

Hello all and sundry,

Welcome to my table! The prose post on the 18th of each month is reserved for tab getters and VIP tippers. I call this a gratitude gathering for my through-and-through supporters! You get a bit more here…it’s a special entrée. Very glad to see YOU here!! It means SO MUCH, you just don’t know!! Please, pull up a seat!

Coffee or tea? Maybe a little something ‘stronger’— to dive into this one!? Me, I’m steady sipping a cold green tea (it’s summer in Texas!) and since my poem involving Keebler cookies just posted this week… Well, had my Love go out and get me some! Now, I certainly don’t NEED the calories, but sometimes, we sure can use the ‘comfort!’ So, tea and Keeblers it is!

This post is about those near-exits in life, and about my own tap, taps at Heaven’s door. Do know that with every instance I share, I was not deliberately trying to transition on purpose. Though you could argue that my risky actions came close to ‘trying.’ Whether these times at God’s doorstep were near-misses to the calling home, or they were God giving me a much required WAKE UP call, with all of them, I got the message, both the assurance and the warning~ it just took me quite some time to LISTEN!

So, get cozy and let’s talk.
